About the job description:

You will be working in a teaming arrangement with Program Managers (PM) to co-manage complex Program assignments within Supply Chain and Procurement. We need you who can create structure in a fast-pacing environment. As an Associate Program Manager at our client site, you will support the NPI Managers all the way from idea to implementation. You will be an important cog in streamlining the business through your ability to keep track and ensure that the projects flow with as little administrative friction as possible.

Examples of tasks: Duties will vary based on the Associate Program Manager’s and project needs but may include the following types of activities:

  • Responsible for supporting Procurement activities for NPD projects from concept inception to product launch
  • To be the NPD representative for NPD operational and tactical activities for external suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that samples arrive on time and feedback is provided to the supply base
  • Working Cross functionally with minimal guidance to acquire the needful information
  • To support NPD sourcing and, samplesRequisitioning support
  • To support supplier review board for NPI
  • Co-ordinate between cross-functions for Material arrangement for Porotype phases and launches
  • Attend as requested NPD meetings, signoffs, TG Kaizens
  • Support/harmonize procurement timeline to PM project timelines
  • Procurement actions inline with PM
  • Coordinate sample and Prototype initiation with site Procurement team
  • Final tollgate close out support
  • Support building processes and standard work

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy Purchasing team
  • Educated to graduate level or demonstrable relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills, able to build positive relationships with different departments and has the ability to push back when required
  • Attention to detail Self-motivated and looks for ways to improve systems and efficiency Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent IT Skills word, excel, power point, SAP
  • Professional approach
  • Calm & measured approach in an often pressured environment which often involves working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to approach things pragmatically and consider solutions that deliver

 

Terms

Start: Immediately, notice of termination is considered

Extent: Full time

Place: Solna, Stockholm
