Job Description – Power Apps/BI Developer
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Data Services EMEA & Oceania team within the Technology Services EMEA & Oceania unit within the IT organization. In this role you will develop and implement business intelligence or power app solutions across various projects.
You will coordinate and lead work between Digital/IT and business, define and deliver solutions that simplify work and facilitate improved data driven decision making. You will not only work at a portfolio level, but also directly contribute to various strategic projects.
This role will report into the Senior Manager Data Services EMEA & Oceania who leads the data services team.
Your location will be Stockholm, Sweden.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with program and project managers by taking responsibility for the Business Intelligence part of larger projects.
- Understand the data architecture and act as data analyst collaborating with Business and application architects to define the required data products and architecture.
- Design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online).
- Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required.
- Work with business on solution adoption.
- Produce solid documentation of the solution to secure easy solution maintenance
- Focus on the “end customer” experience by attention to details as well as customer orientation working in an agile and iterative way to improve quality of the end product based on product owner and end user feedback.
- Participate as part our internal global data and analytics community.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience as data analyst, powerBI developer or powerapps, ETL.
- Bachelor or Master university degree in computer science, or computer engineering
- Proven project experience using AGILE project methodology.
- Experience in SAFe an advantage.
- Ability to cooperate with all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural environment.
- Certification as a powerapp developer a plus.
- Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with front end frameworks (React, Angular).
- Experience with various design frameworks.
- Azure cloud experience a plus.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus.
- Fluent in English language, written and spoken.
